$20 in Advance/$25 Drop in per class ________________________________________________ Ecstactic Dance  This dance is a way of letting go of self-imposed limitations and opening to new ways of moving. It develops a direct body-spirit connection through dance. Let your body be your guide and teacher. It is about being present with Energy and discovering your own dance within. No dance experience or partner necessary. It is free-form, non structured dance. We may have a few exercises as an invitation to explore different types of movement or invoke an intention to consider as we dance. Leave the seriousness of the world behind, set aside your thinking and open your heart. Dance in the spirit of lightness to an eclectic mix of music. We dance barefoot, drink lots of water and wear loose comfortable clothing that allows for maximum freedom of movement. Please feel free to wear expressive clothing to enhance your enjoyment of the dance. July 23rd, 2010 7:30 - 9:15 pm $12
