Walter Lightner, D.C. |
| A
Chiropractor since 1990, Dr. Lightner's personalized treatments are
never rushed and address the body on multiple levels. His caring manner
and emphasis on deep soft tissue work, using acupressure and shiatsu
techniques, allow patterns to be discovered and corrected. Spinal and
extremity adjustments are a natural extension of this work and offer
potential for profound change. Also a yoga teacher, Dr. Lightner
encourages his patients to participate in their health care, often
using yoga therapeutics. |
